More than 200 staff members and 150 students from all over the world have their workplace at the Department of Medical Biology (IMB), making it the largest department at UiT. With 11 solid research groups, programmes of study at Bachelor, Master’s and PhD level, shared services such as electron microscopy, bio-imaging and proteomics as well as a strong administrative support network, the institute provides research and education of high international quality. |
