International student-political symposium

The Student Parliament of the University of Tromsø hereby invites interested students who are involved in bodies of student self-governance to an international student political symposium, which is to be held 11.03.-17.03.2013 at the world's northernmost university in Tromsø.

The participants of the symposium get an opportunity to present their local organisational structures and challenges to each other and to interested students at UiT and a representative from the Norwegian national student organisation NSO is invited to hold a talk about student democracy at the national level. On Thursday in week 11 we will hold a session of our local Student Parliament which will be translated to English, and on Friday the SP-elections will close and their results will be published. Thus our guests will get to observe our system in practice.
