Researcher associated with the two research projects "In a World of Total War", and "WWII in the North". Wrote my PhD on the development of different views on WWII in Northern Norway.

Research interests
WWII, the Cold War and how these events have influenced the present's stories about them. Especially interested in collective memory, social history and the processes that shape the construction of historical narratives. Fascinated about the coincidences that make stories of the past develop in this or that direction. Also interested in the use of theoretical perspectives in historical science.
