Erlend Hoftun Farbu


Job description

Erlend is a Postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Community Medicine, and a member of the Systems epidemiology research group. He is educated as physiotherapist and manufacturing engineer. He did his PhD on how the climatic environment might affect pain sensitivity and the risk of chronic pain. He his currently a part of the Healthy Choices and the social gradient project

    Teaching

    Erlend teaches epidemiology and statistics at bachelor and master level. He is the course leader of “ERN2001 Basic epidemiology, statistics and dietary assessment methods”.
