Associate professor of quality in higher education and vice-dean of education at the BFE faculty

Job description

Leader and coordinator of The Academy of Teaching and Learning at BFE (norwegian only) a faculty learning community for all employees at  BFE interested in teaching and learning in higher education. 

The position is connected to the strategic work of quality in higher education at the BFE faculty. 

  • Implementing of transversals skills, 21st century skills, in the study programs at BFE.
  • Projects within the facultys strategic plans for educational quality improvement, including coordinate a research group in higher educational research.
  • Supervise, teach, and support the scientific staff at the faculty and contribute to the educational quality with special regards to 21st sentury skills and active learning methods.
  • Initiate project applications within the field of pedagogics and educational research in higer education.
  • Educational research within prioritied areas of the strategy of BFE.
