Current (as part of Electromechanical Systems group, Narvik Campus) :

Sub-group: Satellite Data Processing and Communications

SHIPTRACK - (NFR SFF project) - Improving ship and cargo tracking using multi-source spatial data

Past (as Postdoctoral Fellow within Earth Observation group, Tromsø Campus):

  • CIRFA - (NFR SFI project) - WP2 - use satellite remote sensing for detecting, analysing, and predicting of ocean surface conditions such as sea ice, iceberg and snow for safer navigation.)

  • EXTREME EARTH - (EU Horizon 2020 project) - WP2 - Scalable Deep Learning and Extreme Earth Analytics for Big Copernicus Data with focus on the Polar Case

  • AURORA - COSMIC - (Bi-national mobility programme between NO/FR) - Denoising of Sentinel-1 dual polarimetric EW mode GRDM products for downstream applications.
