Registration - Exchange students
As an Exchange student at UiT you do not pay any semester or registration fee. You are given admission to courses according to your Letter of Admission/Learning Agreement.
To register for courses and exams you use an online system called StudentWeb. On the Studentweb you can check and update your address and contact information, and here you will also find the results of your exams at the end of the semester.
You need an user name and a password to log into the Studentweb. If you are a new student you have to activate your UiT student IT-account prior to registration.
Please note that you are only given permission to register for the courses stated in your Letter of Admission/Learning Agreement. All changes to your original Learning Agreement have to be approved by your home university and UiT.
If you want to change courses please contact your UiT faculty coordinator for guidance and approval first. Fill in the form Changes to Learning Agreement INN and get it signed by the faculty coordinator. The form should then be signed by UiT's International Office. Ihe International Office has a fax machine which international students can use to send their "Changes to LA" to their home university for approval.
