PhD student Antal Martinecz got his first paper accepted in August this year (access it here): ‘Estimating treatment prolongation for persistent infections’ in Pathogens and Disease (Federation of European Microbiological Societies – FEMS). It has now been selected as the Editor’s Choice article for Issue 76-6 of Pathogens and Disease. They write:

"Each time we publish an issue we ask Editors to select a single article that describes a significant advance in the field. This article is then featured on the journal homepage and on the FEMS Journal portal. It also benefits from further marketing, such as promotion on our social media channels and inclusion in key campaigns."

Congratulations, Antal!
