Writing workshop in Copenhagen, Denmark

During the week-end March 2-3 2019, members from IPSUM research group met with international collaborators from UK, Denmark and USA for a writing workshop in beautiful Copenhagen.

The IMPACT project aims to improve medication safety in patients using medicines in primary care. A research-based interdisciplinary collaboration framework focusing on appropriate prescribing, interdisciplinary collaboration and use of medicines is under development. Reserachers form eight countries are collaborating; Norway, Sweden, Denmark, United Kingdom (both England and Northern Ireland), Ireland, The Netherlands, United States of America and Australia. 

During the week-end March 2-3, the third meeting concerning the project was held in Copenhagen, Denmark. The aim was to collaborate on a new grant application. The group has already submitted an Horizon2020 application within the program MSCA-ITN.

The meeting was hosted by the research group within Social & Clinical pharmacy at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Copenhagen. Thanks to Professor Anna Birna Almarsdottir and her group members :)
