In their overall assessment of Dahls academic qualifications, the committee emphasizes her valuable contributions to the understanding of the Svalbard treaty, and aquaculture.

De Lucia’s central academic contributions are within the philosophy of environmental law. The assessment committee points out that his high publishing ability exceeds the minimum requirements of a professorship by a good margin.
