How would we do Bayesian analysis for typical problems in epidemiology? A step-by-step guide of the analysis process, with focus on data visualization for easy interpretation. Examples: models for longitudinal data, logistic regression, survival analysis.

Introduction Bayesian analysis with the R package “brms”. “brms” is a user-friendly package which hides away much of the advanced options, and hence lets new users easily get up to speed.
