Contact form for login issues

If you have problems logging into the university's services, you can contact us via the form below.

Checklist before you submit the form

  1. Check whether you can log in to the following websites (also referred to as password tests).
    • Password test 1: https://brukerinfo.uit.no (username + password)
      • Your core account. If this fails, the other tests will also fail 
      • New international students will need to fill out this form to recieve their first password
    • Password test 2: https://innsyn.feide.no (username@uit.no + password)
      • Used by Canvas, Studentweb, Wiseflow, Minside in addition to many other services
    • Password test 3: https://office.com (username@uit.no + password)
      • Used by all Microsoft services such as Office 365 and login, VPN and login on computers managed by UiT.
  2. Look through the knowledge article "KI 0258 - Login problems" to see if you can find the solution to your problem there
  3. If you are able to log in to our contact form in the TOPDesk self-service portal (For students and employees at UiT), you should not use the form below.
