Checklist before you fill out the form underneath
- Check that your computer/mobile phone is updated with the latest update from the supplier (Old network drivers are often the cause of a poor experience of network services, including instability in Teams, Zoom, Games etc.)
- For Windows: Check that you have the latest version of the network drivers from the supplier of the network card in your computer
- For Macintosh, phones and tablets: Check that you have the latest system update from the supplier.
- If the inquiry concerns a poor or unstable wireless network connection: Run https://speedtest.uit.no from a computer or mobile phone located in the area where you are experiencing the problem
- If you have a wireless router in your room/apartment: Check that
- There is light in the status light on the router
- It is connected to a network outlet
