Orakel IT helpdesk is a part of the IT Support Unit which is organized under the Department of Information Technology (ITA) at the UiT. Orakel gives support on IT services provided by the UiT and we also support network connection to the Student Residence Network at SiTø units in Tromsø and on Svalbard (UNIS).

Topics you will find within are: IT-account information, your e-mail, Fronter, Wireless network on campus (Eduroam), where to download available free  software, how to obtain a parking card and more.
