Of confirmed speakers we are proud to present Per-Mathias Høgmo (former manager of the Norwegian national football team), Jarle Aarbakke (former UiT Rector and former Mayor of Tromsø), Kenneth Ruud (Prorector for research at UiT) and Anne Berit Figenschau (with a leadership CV too long to be mentioned here), that will share their leadership philosophy. The present UiT rector, Anne Husebekk, will kick-start the course and Nordnorsk lederutvikling will lead a one day workshop. One day is dedicated to project leadership, which is highly relevant to fresh PhDs.
