Clear-Eyed Equity: Setting a Climate Equity and Justice Research Agenda

This one-day workshop aims to kick-start the development of a global community of researchers and practitioners contributing to our understanding of and ability to promote equity and justice dimensions in all aspects of climate policy.  We are calling for participation from scholars and practitioners engaged in issues of equity or justice in the climate context at all levels.  Relevant work on climate justice or equity issues may be linked to the UNFCCC but does not have to be: we are equally looking for proposals that examine justice and climate issues specific to other contexts such as certain sectors, countries, or communities.   This workshop is jointly facilitated by Arizona State University and the Climate and Development Lab at Brown University, and the Klimalog project of the German Development Institute/ Deutches Institut für Entwicklungspolitik (DIE).
