ENGLISH: Before lunch, the theme will be recruitment and retention in general with good examples to learn from. After lunch, specialisation/postgraduate training for GPs in rural settings will be a main topic. In many places there are special modules in specialist training that focus on work rurally. In Norway we have long been committed to a rural-friendly and flexible specialist education.  What can we learn from each other? We will have GP-guests from Iceland, Scotland and Sweden.
