The IT-department at UiT The Artic University of Norway are a participant in a project where we are going to try out one of the most advanced AI chat boot that exist today. The IA boot is named Amelia and is produced by IP-soft. Go2thecloud is a company specialized on digital transformation and they work on integrating Amelia into our new support system called TOPdesk.
As a part of this collaboration Go2thecloud and IP-soft have agreed to make two exclusive lectures for us at the UiT.
