Hatha Yoga & Meditation for Relaxation: Monday nights from 19:45-21:00 5 week course: 625 NOK

This course will focus on gentle movements to stretch out the body, relieve tension and create a greater sense of ease. It will also teach a range of different meditation techniques to help calm the mind, with several classes including a yoga nidra practice (a guided meditation that is also known as yogic sleep).

This course is particularly well suited for those who are new to yoga, have trouble sleeping, are recovering from illness or injury, or are looking for good ways to manage stress and unwind at the end of the day.
