Signed agreement with Arctic Frontiers
During the announcement event on 12 November, the Mohn Prize signed an agreement with Arctic Frontiers, which is the arena for the award ceremony.

"We want to contribute to a correct perception and knowledge of our region for others. That is why being an arena for the awarding of the Mohn Prize is at the very heart of our mission", says director of Arctic Frontiers, Anu Fredrikson.
On Friday 12 November, during the announcement event for the Mohn Prize 2022, she and the rector of UiT, Dag Rune Olsen, signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
"The agreement will further strengthen the role of Tromsø as a "hub" for international, Arctic research", says Fredrikson.
