Wasifa Kabir

Job description

As a PhD researcher, my role focuses on investigating the interactions between microbial communities and host health in recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS), with a particular emphasis on Atlantic salmon. The research integrates microbiology, aquaculture system engineering, and bioinformatics to understand how operational parameters influence microbial ecology and fish welfare.
