    Research interests

    My collaborative research focuses on remote sensing of the cryosphere with particular focus on Arctic and Antarctic sea ice and Himalayan glaciers. I use surface- to satellite-scale radar remote sensing data and tools towards accurate retrievals of snow depth, sea ice thicknessn and thermodynamic timings, and impact of snow and permafrost on glacier calving and GLOFs.
