Susanne Rolandsen
Job description
Susanne Rolandsen is a researcher working with the project HelseIntro at the Department of Community Medicine.
In the project, we investigate how refugees with health challgens can benefit more form the introduction program. The project aims to genereate knowledge and expertise that will be used in development work in municipal health and social services, such as refugee services, the healthcare system, and NAV. The goal is to improve conditions for refugees with health challenges in the introduction program and enhace their chances of success on the labor market and society.

Susanne has previously worked with commissioned research inthe fields of migration and integration, as well as with projects related to gender and health.
