Team Leader / Coordinator for the HR, Organisation and HSE team at the Faculty of Humanities, social sciences and education 

Main responsibilities include: 

• Work environment, employee engagement, career development and leadership development
• Providing strategic management advice, analyses and case management in the areas of HR follow-up and organisational development
• Providing follow-up and professional support in individual cases within relevant areas

Other roles/functions:

• Network for Equality and Diversity
• Central career development group
• Member of the HR and Organisation Forum (PO-forum)
• Faculty contact person for ISMOT
• Representative in the A-Counci

Certified in the use of the Core Quadrant (Kjernekvadranten) and trained in Process Facilitation.
