Job description

The industrial PhD project "Beneftis of Calanus protein products in feed and food" is a collaboration between Calanus AS / Zooca, Nofima, and UiT. The main goals are to show how protein products from Calanus finmarchicus are suited as ingredients in feed for fish and shrimp, and to identify possible bioactive peptides in the protein hydrolysate.
