Job description
The work involves leading the educational strategy at the School of Business in alignment with institutional and UiT strategies. This includes responsibility for coherence and overall quality of the study portfolio, with attention to relevance and accessibility across the region.
The role includes leading the program director team, facilitating academic collaboration across campuses, and participating in faculty-level work on educational quality. The work also involves responsibility for systematic quality assurance in close dialogue with the education unit at BFE, supporting academic development across disciplines and campuses and mentoring colleagues in pedagogical development and teaching methods.
