Educational bakground: Early childhood eduacation teacher in 1994. Further education within ledardship, organization and guidance. Mastersdegree in pedagogy from University of Bergen 2016. Wrote the master around guidance of new teachers in kindergarten and schools. Startet working at UiT, Arctic university of Norway in april 2017.
