Job description

My teaching tasks are mainly related to the bachelor's program in nutrition within topics such as the composition of foods, their use and role in the diet, the connection between diet and health, knowledge of measures to promote healthy eating habits in the population, global nutrition, and nutritional epidemiology. The tasks include the development and implementation of teaching, examinations and censorship, as well as supervision of bachelor's and master's theses.
