INBOUND STUDENT MOBILITY: MANDATORY DOCUMENTS

UPLOAD THE MANDATORY DOCUMENTS ON UiT's APPLICATION WEB SERVICE (SØKNADSWEB)

After you have been nominated by your home university as an exchange student to UiT The Arctic University of Norway, you must upload the following docuemnts on the Application Web (Søknadsweb):

LEARNING AGREEMENT (WORD DOCUMENT)

1 - Download your Learning Agreement (click on this link)

Please note:
Learning Agreement: your home institution must sign this document. You do not need a signature from UiT on your learning agreement at the time of application. (If admitted, you will receive a signed learning agreement from UiT with your letter of admission).


TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS (MUST BE IN ENGLISH, NORWEGIAN, DANISH OR SWEDISH)

Students who are choosing bachelor courses at UiT (course numerical code 0000 to 2000)

Bacchelor's transcript of records:

upload your latest bachelor's Transcript of Records with grade explanation (Relevé de notes, Certificato di laurea, Expediente académico & Studienbuch). The transcript should include the courses for all the semesters that you have completed at your university with or without final grades (original and verified (signed and stamped) copy in English.

An electronic transcript with electronic signature is also accepted as long as it is approved by your institution as an official document that can be submitted to an external institution for exchange admissions).


Students who are choosing master courses at UiT (course numerical code 3000 to 4000)

Bachelor's and Master's transcript of records:

upload your full bachelor's transcript of record and latest master's Transcript of Records with grade explanation (Relevé de notes, Certificato di laurea, Expediente académico & Studienbuch). The transcript should include the courses for all the semesters that you have completed at your university with or without final grades (original and verified (signed and stamped) copy in English.

An electronic transcript with electronic signature is also accepted as long as it is approved by your institution as an official document that can be submitted to an external institution for exchange admissions).


INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT (NON-EU CITIZENS) OR ID CARD (EU CITIZENS). THESE DOCUMENTS MUST BE IN COLOUR AND UPLOADED AS A PDF FILE.

3- Upload National ID Card (EU students) OR Passport (non-EU students). NB! All placement, clinical rotation and traineeship students must upload a copy of their passport.


ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT

4- You must have a good command of English at least B2 level or C1 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Language proficiency requirements

Please note:
you must contact your mobility or exchange coordinator at your home university for an official confirmation of English language proficiency. Students from the UK, USA, Canada and Australia are exempt from this requirement.



OTHER RELVANT DOCUMENTS - RESUME/CV (ONLY EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND)

5- Please upload a resumé or CV of only only your educational background (upper school, bachelor, master or PhD and it should be chronological in order .
