Course contents
There will be a particular focus on (sea) food consumption behaviour, and the course will teach students how to achieve customer and consumer satisfaction and loyalty toward seafood and seafood products. Consumer motives, attitudes, satisfaction, and loyalty are among the basic concepts needed for marketing. Consumer behaviour knowledge is necessary for strategic and tactical marketing and management decision making (e.g., product development, pricing, distribution and promotion).
