Course contents

The course introduce the students to general immunology with particularly focus on mammals and insight in how the compartive immuno mecanisms function on fish. The course will particularly discuss defending mecanisms against certain patogenes, the principles for immunologica memory and vaccination, and the genetic foundation for these functions. Student must have pre-knowlegde corresponding til BIO-1001 Cell and molecular biology and BIO-2601 General microbiology.
