Course contents
Different theoretical approaches to understand organizational culture and ethics, and the importance of these issues in business development. Further how culture is developed and impacting the organization as a hole, but also how culture has an impact on the ethical standards and the moral practises of people in the organization. The course will also look at how ethical standards can influence the management of a corporation and sway business development.
