Grants are availabe for all disciplines can support activities such as workshops, mini-conferences, virtual intellectual exchanges, the undertaking of exploratory and pilot studies, activities such as PhD student exchanges, longer-term stays for principal investigators, the collection and analysis of data, and other core research activities.

KG Jebsen Centres for Medical Research

The Kristian Gerhard Jebsen Foundation hereby calls for proposals for funding for new K.G. Jebsen Centres for Medical Research at Norwegian medical faculties and university hospitals.

The new centers will form part of the foundation’s programme for translational medicine. The programme currently comprises 20 research centers established in close cooperation with the medical faculties and university hospitals in Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim and Tromsø.

Barentssekretariatet - The Norwegian Barents Secretariat

The Norwegian Barents Secretariat provide grants for people-to-people cooperation between Russia and Norway. Focus areas in health include prevention of transmissible diseases, lifestyle diseases, and strengthening of primary health care. The grant is typically used for travel, meetings and administrative expenses.

 

Applications up to 400 000 NOK are evaluated on an ongoing basis.

Applications for more than 400 000 NOK are evaluated twice per year.
