Job description

I am a Communications Officer at UiT Machine Learning Group and SFI Visual Intelligence.

Visual Intelligence conduct research on new AI methods in fields such as health and medicine, marine industry, earth observation, and the energy sector.

These are some of my work tasks:

• Science communication
• Web publishing
• Graphic design
• Organizing and coordinating events and seminars, e.g. the Northern Lights Deep Learning Conference.
• Producing and publishing social media content
• Media pitching

The Machine Learning Group and Visual Intelligence have many experts who can comment on various topics related to artificial intelligence, such as generative AI, AI legislation, and new AI research. Contact me if you need help finding experts.
