During my three-month Erasmus+ internship at the Centre for Language, Brain, and Learning at UiT, the Arctic University of Norway, I achieved my academic goals while experiencing a unique cultural environment.
During this time, I had the opportunity to engage with data collection, experimental design, and analysis processes, and to learn various experimental methods. Weekly reading groups and scientific discussions significantly deepened my academic thinking. Living in Norway fostered my personal development, improving my independence, time management, and adaptability.
I also had the opportunity to meet students and researchers from literally all over the world (from Canada to Indonesia), forge friendships, and share unforgettable experiences outside the laboratory.
From snowy landscapes to the midnight sun and reindeer, exploring Tromsø and Norway's unique fjords added a special dimension to my experience. This internship enriched both my academic knowledge and my personal development.
I highly recommend UiT to anyone looking for a challenging, rewarding, and culturally rich experience I will definitely never forget.
