The Norwegian Conference on Social Psychology, Community Psychology, and Work Psychology aims to bring together researchers and students to exchange knowledge through an interdisciplinary dialogue. The conference serves as an annual professional and social meeting for researchers in Norway and across the Nordic countries, providing a platform to connect and present their latest work. It also offers students a valuable opportunity to develop their skills in presenting and to receive feedback from experienced researchers. We welcome contributions from diverse theoretical and methodological perspectives, covering a range of topics that explore key issues and developments in research on social, community, work psychology, and well-being.
