6 MSCA Individual Fellowships to UiT
The results from the 2018 Marie Sklodowska-Curie Individual Fellowship (MSCA-IF) call have been released: UiT is granted 6 prestigeous postdoc fellowships.
28 talented post doc applicants from all over the world and their UiT supervisor received support through the Arctic MSCA-IF program and submitted a MSCA-IF proposal Sept 12 2018. 6 of the projects have been granted and one is on reserve list. UiT successrate were therefore 21,4% (25% is the proposal on reserve list is granted). The overall successrate was 14%.
Further, 50% of the UiT proposal received a score of 85 or higher and will therefore be awared a Seal of Excellence; recognition of projects that were judged to deserve funding but due to budget limitations did not.

In total, 9,676 proposals were evaluated, with 1,351 proposals retained for funding.
