Cryospheric Environment Simulator (CES) Lab of NIED Japan & Kanaagwa Institute of Technology are partner of CoARICE Project. After uplift of COVID restrictions, Professor Virk visited both institutes in January as part of CoARICE project activities and had useful discussion about the project and plannning of joint experimental activities. In January 2023, Professor Muhammad Virk visited CES lab in Shinjo, Yamagata and had useful meetings with CES director Dr. Kengi Kosugi . He also visited Kanagawa Institute of technology and had meetings with Prof Shigeo Kimura and his reseach team to discuss the CoARICE project and upcoming joint experimentation plan.
