CETIA _ Managemet

The overall responsibility for project implementation and management lies with the Lead Partner, UiT

All CETIA Partners are equally responsible for the implementation of project tasks. Each Partner must assign one

  • Contract Responsible Person authorised to sign the contract on behalf of the partner and responsible for handling contractual and management project issues.
  •  Scientific Responsible Person with responsibility for the partners’ scientific work in the project.

The Steering Group

The Steering Group will guide and control that CETIA is implemented according to the Grant Contract.

The CETIA steering group will meet on an annual basis. The categories of representatives are established by Kolarctic guidelines, i.e. one representative from each project country, international expert, user group, Kolarctic JMA.

The National Advisory Groups

The national advisory groups is both to get access to expertise and to involve relevant user-groups representing the private and public sector. CETIA will therefore establish national advisory groups that include representatives from industry, public office, science, etc. The national advisory group will meet annually both to guide CETIAs progress and to evaluate ongoing projects based on the annual reports. The meetings of national advisory groups will be convened by a secretariat.

Task Leaders

Task leaders are responsible for the coordination of activities within the respective tasks according to their mandates. They will be the primary contact-points of the lead partner on the task. A separate mandate will be established for task leaders on tasks 1-6. On tasks 7 and 8 each participating institution will assign one responsible leader for its activities.
