The Norwegian Research Council's yearly workshop on proposal development for Horizon Europe's Pillar 2 (international cooperative projects) will take place at UiT in the framework of Research and Innovation Days 2026 on October 21-22. This year's workshop focuses on presenting the "Impact" of the project in a research proposal. The workshop will be held in English and is open to UiT employees and external guests after registration on the NRC's website.
In the framework of this year's Research and Innovation Days, Europe Media is coming to Tromsø to hold a workshop on Horizon Europe Proposal Writing with a focus on the "Impact" part of the proposal. The workshop gives insight into proposal development in Horizon Europe (work programmes, calls and topics, submission process etc, general principles and features of Horizon Europe proposals, different project types, and proposal preparation). During the course you will be guided through the process from idea to a proposal in a practical workshop exercise. The course places special emphasis on the expected impact, innovation and exploitation of project results, and gives tips on how to tailor an effective disseminate and communication plan to maximise the potential impact of your Horizon Europe project.
The workshop runs over two days, October 21-22 from 9:00 to 15:00, but it is possible to take part in only part of it. Location: Teorifagbygget hus 4 - rom 4.262. Lunch and light snacks will be provided. Register by October 15 at 15:00 on the NRC website.
