Research interests
As a dietitian, I'm interested in how diet impacts health and disease. I'm currently working on the hormone FGF-21, which is produced by the liver, and how it impacts cardiac health.
Teaching
I'm teaching about metabolism and the digestive system to second-year nutrition students (ERN-2009 Human physiology).
