Rannveig Grøm Sæle


Job description

I am passionate about learning. I am concerned with how my own students learn and I strive to teach in ways that help them learn as effectively as possible. I am also interested in how most students learn and try through my research to find out how we can help them learn as effectively as possible.

I am the study program leader for the Bachelor's degree in Psychology and strive to work for a sense of belonging and well-being among the students.

My research is about learning and teaching in higher education. This includes keywords such as learning strategies, teaching methods, belonging, identity, grades, and dropout rates. In addition, I work on literature reviews and meta-analyses on the mentioned topics and on interventions to improve the mental health of children and young people through my work as an author for Ungsinn.
