Job description

I teach Norwegian and language related topics in the teacher education. My research interests include topics like language and education, identity, language and affect, language ideologies and language policy.

In my research I am particularly interested in how students with the school subject Sámi as a second language experience the transition from lower secondary school to upper secondary school, in relation to their language choices and language practices.
