Job description

I teach mathematics, statistics, and machine learning at the School of Business and Economics at UiT. At the same time, I am also engaged in research, where these fields are applied.

Research interests

I am interested in the application of mathematics, Bayesian statistics, and machine learning, in everything from avalanches and language models to economic applications.

Teaching

I teach mathematics, statistics, and machine learning at the School of Business and Economics at UiT. I am very committed to ensuring that students have positive learning experiences in academia, while keeping a strong emphasis on the applications of mathematics and statistics.
