Enrico Tedeschi
Job description
My research interests include Distributed Systems, Blockchain technology, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications across sectors such as finance and healthcare. I am particularly motivated by the potential for these technologies to drive transformative societal impact. In blockchain technology, my focus centers on proof-of-work-based systems, where, using AI, I have contributed to optimizing transaction fees and enhancing network efficiency to support distributed governance and eliminate intermediaries in trustless environments. Additionally, I am interested in the intersection of blockchain and cybersecurity, aiming to fortify network resilience and safeguard data integrity. With recent advances in AI, my work has expanded to exploring the ethical implications of these models on individuals, particularly in healthcare, where patient safety, equity, privacy, and trust are paramount. Through my research, I seek to contribute to responsible innovations that shape the future of these critical domains.
