Job description

Andreas Alexandersen is a Ph.D. Candidate at the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Health Sciences. He is a member of the research group for Cognitive Neuroscience, with a focus on non-invasive brain stimulation methods such as tDCS and TMS and their potential to modulate higher cognitive functions, particularly attention. In addition to his work at the Department of Psychology, Andreas also works as a researcher at the Department of Computer Science at the Faculty of Science and Technology.

In collaboration with a team from OsloMet, the Center for Digital Engineering (Simula), and the Female Football Research Centre (FFRC), Andreas conducts research in sports technology and analysis. This collaboration involves close partnerships with professional football clubs to develop innovative tools and algorithms aimed at enhancing the performance of professional athletes.
