Job description

I am an Associate Professor of Health Sciences based in Tromsø. My teaching is affiliated with the Master’s programme in Healthcare Development, where I serve as course leader for the master’s course in Health Innovation. 

My research focuses on innovation in public healthcare services, with particular interests in employee-driven innovation, systems change, and public value creation. I am a researcher in the RehabLos project, an action research initiative focused on rehabilitation services. 

I am part of the research group SOF Nord and part of INNOFF UiT, an interdisciplinary group of researchers from across the University’s faculties. 

In addition to my academic position, I hold a part-time role with the Municipality of Tromsø as an adviser and cluster coordinator for research collaboration.
