Job description

The project’s topic is risk allocation in AI supply chains. The main goal is to analyze how risk allocates between the different stakeholders ex ante. The ex ante-approach, unlike the more traditional ex post, focuses on proactive measures before an event occurs. The project thus aims to examine how risk is allocated, rather than legal sanctions such as liability. The project will examine how different regulatory frameworks allocate risk, and what concerns, if any, may arise from such an allocation. The project also aims to investigate how the stakeholders themselves can allocate risk.

The project began in August 2025.
