Inbound exchange students: NON-Erasmus+ Learning Agreements Forms
What is Learning Agreement?
The Learning Agreement is a contract and forms the basis for approval and recognition of the courses or traineeship at UiT. It is also an essential part of your educational plan at your home university and for gaining financial support for your exchange stay in Norway.
Please make sure that:
- ALL fields are filled out (Student information, contact details and all tables)
- ALL three parties (yourself, the responsible person at your home institution and your ECTS Exchange Supervisor at UIT) are filled out, dated, and signed. You will get the signature of ECTS Exchange Supervisor at UIT after the course recognition process at UiT.
- ALL pages of this agreement MUST be in one / single PDF document.
- the signed Learning Agreement uploaded to the Application Web (Søknadsweb).
Aftr submission, the Learning Agreement will be forwarded to your Erasmus+ Department at UiT to assess whether you are eligible to be admitted to the selected courses. Successful students will receive a signed Learning Agreement together with their Acceptance Letter in June (autumn semester) and 15 November (spring semester).
