Teaching and reserach in Norwegian and Norwegian Didactics in Teacher Education.

FIelds of particular interests: Literature, Knut Hamsun's literary works, children's literature, picture books, literature didactics, critical literacy, gender differences in reading proficiency, Sámi literature and culture in the Norwegian subject.

Leader of the research network Litteratur og lesing (ILP). Affiliated with the research groups LIFT (ILP), Pedagogisk filosofi (ILP), and the research network The Hamsun/Ibsen Network (ISK).
